I started with Pilates in July 2018 after I had a back operation in Feb the same year. I was looking for exercises that would strengthen my back and core muscles but I gained so much more…. Not only did my back and core muscles became stronger, my back pain was also relieved. My fitness is so much better, most of my other muscles are toned and strong, my energy levels are up and because I look and feel better about myself, my confidence levels raised up! Thank you Christiane for working me into better shape.😁
